"Developing RNA therapies to end the need for liver transplants"
Ochre Bio develops RNA therapies for chronic liver disease, the third leading cause of premature death globally. The company addresses a medical gap where only 40,000 liver transplants occur annually against 1.5 million deaths. Using human data rather than animal models, Ochre integrates genomic phenotyping with AI to discover and validate drug targets directly in human liver tissue. The company operates three platforms. The Discovery Platform combines gene perturbation atlases with patient disease data to predict targets. The Validation Platform tests therapies using perfused livers and diseased tissue. The RNA Platform enables in house therapy development, compressing cycles from years to weeks and increasing clinical success rates.

A world where chronic liver disease is curable without transplants, where precision RNA therapies restore liver function and regeneration becomes routine treatment rather than medical lottery.
At Ochre Bio, our mission is to end the need for liver transplants by developing RNA therapies using human data, human validation models and AI to discover treatments for chronic liver disease.
