"Pioneering small molecule therapies that target RNA modifying enzymes to treat cancer"
STORM Therapeutics is a clinical stage biotechnology company discovering novel small molecule therapies targeting RNA modifying enzymes for oncology and other diseases. Over 150 RNA modifications and approximately 300 enzymes represent unexplored therapeutic targets. The company was first to advance an RNA modifying enzyme inhibitor into human clinical trials. STORM's lead product, STC-15, targets METTL3 and is in Phase 1b/2 studies for lung, head and neck, melanoma, and endometrial cancers. Clinical results showed tumor regressions at all dose levels with a 67% disease control rate. Based at Babraham Research Campus near Cambridge, STORM collaborates with leading RNA modification researchers from the University of Cambridge.
