We are looking for an Influencer Relations Manager to join our Communications team.

Title: Influencer Relations Manager
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Contract: 12-month fixed term
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London

The Role
The Influencer Relations Manager is responsible for developing and delivering an impactful annual activity plan with emerging talent, ultimately building a strong, diverse ambassador pipeline. Working alongside the Celebrity Manager within the Comms team, this role leads a distinct but connected area of our high-profile engagement approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the influencer and ‘developing talent’ strategy
• Build and steward a pipeline of influencers, creators and developing talent aligned to priority audiences and goals
• Identify individuals with long-term ambassador potential (not one-off engagement)
• Establish and nurture authentic, values-led relationships with developing talent and their representatives
• Act as a cross-functional project team facilitator in our separate approach to Micro and Nano influencers, working closely with: Social team and Anthony Nolan Stem Cell Register team
• Track performance against agreed KPIs
