- Lead finance partnering for dedicated OBU franchises, shaping commercial and financial outcomes
- Act as a strategic advisor to Franchise Heads and cross‑functional leaders
- Align closely with Pricing & Access to strengthen planning assumptions and scenario modelling
- Own P&L planning, resource allocation and performance monitoring
- Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements with actionable recommendations
- Support investment decisions through high‑quality data consolidation and insight generation
- Prepare Mid‑Term Plans and Short‑Term Forecasts for franchise brands
- Streamline financial processes using a strong digital and simplification mindset
- Collaborate with GFS Warsaw to optimise planning and reporting
- Contribute to Axial implementation through accurate OBU data inputs
Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering or Controlling experience in an international commercial environment
- Strong proficiency in SAP/SmartView, advanced Excel and Power BI
- High digital fluency with a passion for automation and AI‑enabled insight generation
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate complex scientific data into financial impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills
- Ability to balance detail with strategic perspective, working at pace and under pressure
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
