Summary
We are looking for a Production Technician to help with all day-to-day tasks of preparation, manufacture and inspection of compounding medicine. Provide support for all aspects of cleanroom production, including aseptic compounding, equipment utilisation, inventory control, environmental monitoring and non-conformance resolution, to ensure compliance with the Manufacturing Licence and Quality System requirements.

The role will be working between Monday and Thursday, on fixed night shifts of 9pm until 7am based at our Stockport site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Label all product types according to product specifications
  • Perform equipment checks
  • Ability to Prioritise jobs
  • Validate aseptic technique
  • Maintain productivity and efficiency
  • Control isolator inventory
  • Meet turnaround times
  • Complete routine equipment sampling, maintenance and testing
  • Select, prepare and sanitise raw materials
  • Report sanitisation deviations
  • Facility Monitoring
  • Clean and maintain all areas in accordance with SOPs

Qualifications and Experience
  • GCSE or equivalent English & Mathematics
  • Good oral/written communication
  • High attention to detail
