About the Role
Costello Medical is offering an exciting opportunity for a Motion Design Intern to join our Creative team in London. This internship is designed for individuals looking to apply their design skills within the healthcare and life sciences sector, working on meaningful projects that translate complex science into engaging visual stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the creation of motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms.
• Collaborating with the wider Creative and Scientific teams to develop visual concepts.
• Supporting the production of video content, from storyboarding to final export.
• Ensuring all designs align with client brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Contributing to internal creative brainstorming sessions and design initiatives.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in motion design and animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• An interest in healthcare communications and the life sciences industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
