About the Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Evidence Development team in London. This role is central to the smooth running of our scientific projects, providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure high-quality deliverables for our clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting project leads with the planning, tracking, and delivery of evidence synthesis and health economics projects.
• Managing project timelines, resource allocation, and internal documentation to ensure all milestones are met.
• Liaising with internal scientific teams and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and project updates.
• Supporting the preparation of project reports, slide decks, and regulatory submissions.
• Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring compliance with company quality standards and GDPR.

Requirements

• A degree in a life sciences, social sciences, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
