About the Role
Costello Medical provides scientific support to the healthcare industry in the analysis, interpretation and communication of clinical and health economic data. Our Evidence Development team specialises in the design and implementation of systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses and evidence synthesis to support global pharmaceutical companies.
As a Project Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and project management support to our scientific teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the planning and tracking of project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Supporting the preparation of project documentation, reports and presentations.
- Liaising with clients and external experts to ensure smooth project communication.
- Managing project finances, including tracking expenses and assisting with invoicing.
- Ensuring all project files are maintained in accordance with company quality standards.
Requirements
- A degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
