About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced professional to help lead and grow our Market Access service offering as Costello Medical continues to expand. In this Senior Analyst role, you will take ownership of client projects, provide strategic advice, and support and mentor project teams to ensure delivery of high‑quality deliverables to agreed timelines. You will play a key role in shaping clear, evidence‑based value narratives for new therapies, drawing on strong scientific understanding and excellent written communication skills. Alongside project delivery, you will contribute to the development of long‑term client partnerships and support business development initiatives.

The role spans multiple accounts and disease areas, requiring flexibility and close collaboration with colleagues across different services at Costello Medical.

Hybrid Working Policy
We believe that having face-to-face time in the office holds many benefits and is central to ensuring that the community we have created, where people have a workplace they belong to and feel part of, is never lost. At the same time, we recognise that homeworking can improve work-life balance, reduce commuting times and costs, and provide the opportunity to juggle personal commitments. Therefore, we offer flexible working arrangements that allow our colleagues who have passed probation to work from home for up to half of the time, measured across a 2-week rolling period. During your probationary period (normally the first 6 months of the role), you will be able to work from home for 1 day per week.
