Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and visionary Clinic Manager to lead our Crawley Kidney Treatment Centre in collaboration with the NHS. This is more than just a management role – it’s a leadership opportunity where you’ll inspire your team, innovate patient care, and elevate clinical outcomes. You’ll be empowered to make meaningful improvements that impact patient lives daily, fostering a culture of continuous development and excellence.

Salary: Circa £50,000 - £54,000 package
Hours: 37.5hrs pw

Diaverum UK operates over 35 nurse-led kidney treatment centers in the UK. We offer a range of services including haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home therapies, and shared haemodialysis care. Our nurses collaborate closely with NHS teams nationwide to deliver high-quality treatments and holistic care to patients with chronic kidney failure and other comorbidities.
We provide an excellent training platform to help nurses deliver top-notch care and advance their careers in the renal specialty. New nurses at Diaverum undergo a comprehensive induction period, receiving the necessary training to provide clinic care. They are supported by a senior team dedicated to prioritising nurse development and wellbeing.
With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, our nurses have the time needed to care for patients holistically. We offer a variety of shifts, including early, late, and long days from Monday to Saturday (no Sundays), allowing for flexible working patterns.

- Manage resources, budgets, and supplies with an eye for efficiency, always aiming to optimise clinic performance without compromising on quality.
- Be a key player in our UK-wide Clinic Manager community, participating in our Clinic Manager Development Programme to grow both personally and professionally.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A passion for patient care and the drive to make a meaningful impact.
- A registered nurse (NMC) qualification.
- Dialysis experience in the UK.
- Proven experience in a senior nursing or management role within a dialysis setting, ideally previously CQC registered.
- In-depth understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its importance in independent healthcare settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike.
- A commitment to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes.
