The Role
We're looking for an empathetic, organised people person who wants to have a real impact on the lives of our patients. You'll support our NHS patients throughout their treatment journey with us, and work closely with our clinical team and NHS partners to deliver care pathways we can all be deeply proud of. We're significantly scaling the volume of our NHS services, and you'll be at the heart of that growth as the main patient contact for everything non-clinical.

The Role
We're looking for an empathetic, organised people person who wants to have a real impact on the lives of our patients. You'll support our NHS patients throughout their treatment journey with us, and work closely with our clinical team and NHS partners to deliver care pathways we can all be deeply proud of. We're significantly scaling the volume of our NHS services, and you'll be at the heart of that growth as the main patient contact for everything non-clinical.
You'll be responsible for:
- Working closely with our clinical team, with ownership of our patients' non-clinical questions and needs
- Speaking to patients over the phone, in-app messaging, and email to answer questions, and provide support, information and reassurance throughout their care journey
- Facilitating referrals to and from our NHS partner providers
- Working with our software team to provide technical support and troubleshooting for patients
- Collating patient feedback to help us improve and grow our product and service offering
- Working with our Operations Director to design and improve processes, and develop efficient approaches for delivering an exceptional patient experience at scale
