Job Title: Global Head of Quality Partnerships & Networks

At Galderma, we are strengthening our global Quality organization and are looking for a senior expert in Quality Partnerships & Networks to help drive alignment, collaboration, and excellence across our ecosystem. The role and Impact
As Global Head of Quality Partnerships & Networks, you will play a critical role in ensuring Quality Management practices are effectively implemented and seamlessly integrated across systems, teams, and external partners. You will act as a trusted expert and connector—driving consistency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across our global network.

What You’ll Do
  • Implement and drive Quality Management programs and processes across global operations
  • Ensure alignment of systems, processes, and operating procedures, identifying and resolving gaps
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable quality solutions
  • Support and maintain quality policies and frameworks, ensuring compliance and effectiveness
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of Quality programs and initiatives
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement and transformation efforts
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to teams and leadership
  • Influence adoption of best practices and new ways of working

What You Bring
  • 8-12+ years' experience in Quality Management in a global, regulated environment.
  • Recognized subject matter expertise with the ability to operate independently
  • Strong experience working on complex, cross-functional projects
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and build trusted partnerships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent experience)
