We are currently seeking an HR Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an HR Manager at ICON, you will play a key role in delivering people-focused solutions that support our business strategy, culture, and employee experience. You will partner with leaders and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, talent management, and organisational development.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, performance, and organisational changes.
- Managing employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution in line with company policies and local legislation.
- Supporting talent management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, development planning, and succession discussions.
- Implementing HR programmes and initiatives that support engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Advising on compensation, benefits, and reward practices in partnership with specialist HR teams.
- Using HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and support continuous improvement.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.
- Significant HR generalist experience, preferably within an international, matrixed organisation.
- Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
