Location: Jarvis Breast Centre, Guildford, Surrey
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Band / Salary Range: £24,822.72

What you’ll be doing:

• Schedule and manage patient appointments using the NBSS system
• Handle queries with compassion, professionalism, and efficiency
• Prepare and process screening clinic paperwork
• Support reception and patient-facing duties as part of the admin team
• Keep everything running like clockwork — with accurate data, timely communication and strong teamwork

What we’re looking for:

• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Has a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
• Is organised, adaptable, and thrives in a busy environment
• Works well in a team and puts patients at the centre of everything
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and ideally has experience with clinical systems (like NBSS)
