Location: Jarvis Breast Centre, Guildford, Surrey
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

What you’ll be doing:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments using the NBSS system
- Handle queries with compassion, professionalism, and efficiency
- Prepare and process screening clinic paperwork
- Support reception and patient-facing duties as part of the admin team
- Keep everything running like clockwork — with accurate data, timely communication and strong teamwork
What we’re looking for:
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Has a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
- Is organised, adaptable, and thrives in a busy environment
- Works well in a team and puts patients at the centre of everything
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and ideally has experience with clinical systems (like NBSS)
