Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor to take a leadership role in advancing the department. You will manage a caseload of private family matters, including high-value and complex financial cases, while offering strategic guidance to clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven management experience and an existing client following, playing a key role in the department’s growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of private family law matters, including high-net-worth financial settlements.
• Providing leadership within the department and mentoring junior team members.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships while actively building your own client base.
• Supporting the continued growth of the Family Law team within the firm.

Experience & Expertise

• Significant post-qualification experience, with a strong background in private family law and financial matters.
• A demonstrated history of business development, along with an established client base.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to mentor and support a team.
• Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills.
• A strategic and proactive approach to driving the department’s growth and success.
