Role Overview
Intelligent Lilli is looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead our product strategy and execution. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the future of our healthtech solutions, ensuring we deliver impactful outcomes for our users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overarching product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Lead and mentor the product team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Utilise data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand market needs and opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior product leadership role, ideally within SaaS or HealthTech.
• Strong track record of scaling products and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
