Overview
Kooth is looking for a Service Delivery Team Manager to lead our Face to Face and Integrated Digital Pathway in Halton. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health support to children and young people, blending traditional face-to-face interventions with our innovative digital platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of practitioners delivering mental health support across Halton.
• Oversee the integration of digital and face-to-face service pathways to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Monitor service performance against KPIs and clinical quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including the NHS and local authorities.
• Ensure safeguarding protocols are strictly followed across all service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing teams within a clinical, social care, or mental health setting.
• Strong understanding of the mental health landscape for children and young people.
• Experience in service delivery and performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
