The Role
As Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and managing complex, cross-functional change initiatives across LifeArc. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable transformation plans, ensuring that our operational models evolve to support our long-term mission.

The Role
As Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and managing complex, cross-functional change initiatives across LifeArc. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable transformation plans, ensuring that our operational models evolve to support our long-term mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment with LifeArc’s strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain robust project governance, tracking progress against milestones and managing risks and issues.
- Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with stakeholders at all levels to define future-state processes and organizational structures.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements across various departments.
- Manage change management activities, ensuring that staff are supported and engaged throughout the transformation journey.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the Executive Team on the status and impact of transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Transformation Manager or Senior Project Manager role, ideally within the life sciences, healthcare, or non-profit sectors.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Agile) and change management frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at a senior level.
- Analytical mindset with experience in process mapping and operational design.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
