Description
About the role
We are hiring a VP of Product to own the product strategy and roadmap for Lindus Health, and to build and lead our product management function. You will report to the CPTO and work in close partnership with the engineering, commercial and clinical operations teams. This is a senior leadership role with real authority: you will own prioritisation, lead discovery, manage the PM team, and be accountable for product outcomes - not just outputs.
Clinical trial software comes with real constraints — regulatory, technical, and operational. We're looking for someone who treats those constraints as a creative challenge, who can spot the high-leverage opportunity within a live, operating product, and who gets as much satisfaction from meaningful iteration as from building something new. Ideally, this is a hybrid role based in our London headquarters but we consider candidates from anywhere. A relocation package and visa sponsorship is an option if you are not currently in the London area. The whole Product organisation is currently based in the Greater London area with a strong office culture. To effectively manage your team you’ll be expected to have some office presence. After an initial onboarding period full-time at our headquarters (near London Bridge) we expect you to be in the office at least 2 days a week. All of your team regularly gets together in the office.
