Responsibilities
Clinical & Digital Outcomes and Endpoint Strategy
- Lead TA-specific clinical and digital endpoint and outcomes strategy across therapeutic areas and enterprise customers.
- Advise customers on the selection, deployment, and optimization of clinical and digital endpoints and evidence generation strategies within clinical programs.
- Stay current on emerging trends in digital measures, endpoint validation, and clinical innovation, translating insights into practical customer guidance.
Therapeutic Area Framework Development
- Own the build and maintenance of TA frameworks with clear and concise reusable assets (one-pagers, narratives, playbooks) to support commercial growth; what varies by TA, where the gaps are, and how to augment via internal/external experts.
- Partner with internal clinical, product, and commercial teams to ensure TA strategies are actionable and aligned with platform capabilities.
- Collaborate across Medable to establish external advisory touchpoints (KOLs / strategists) to keep frameworks credible and current.
- Contribute to market presence where it directly supports the TA narrative and demand creation.
Enterprise Customer Engagement and Account Growth (Consultative Focus)
- Act as a trusted advisor to both internal and senior customer stakeholders, supporting digital transformation and portfolio-level planning discussions.
- Support long-term customer value realization rather than transactional or study-level adoption.
- Collaborate with Product, Medical, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure customer needs and TA strategies are reflected in platform evolution and messaging.
Scope & Decision Rights (Senior Director Level)
- Owns strategy execution within defined therapeutic areas and accounts; contributes to strategy definition at the portfolio level.
- Accountable for quality, credibility, and impact of clinical and digital endpoint strategy delivered to customers.
- Influences—but does not own—enterprise GTM strategy and product roadmap prioritization.
- Influence without direct authority, driving alignment through expertise and relationships.
Experience
- 12+ years of experience in clinical development, digital health, life sciences consulting, or related roles ideally within a CRO or service provider organization.
- Experience supporting TA-level strategies, enterprise customers, or platform-based clinical solutions with the ability to operate as a credible clinical and strategic advisor with senior sponsor stakeholders.
- Exposure to digital endpoints, sensors, real-world data, or evidence-generation strategies highly valued.
Skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, translating complex clinical concepts into clear value narratives.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort operating in matrixed environments.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support account growth and enterprise positioning.
Education
Bachelor’s degree.
Benefits
- Remote from the start, we believe in a flexible employee experience.
