Description
The Role
This short-term internship will support a focused project on assay performance monitoring and digital enablement across the Clinical Biomarker Laboratories (CBL).
You will evaluate current approaches to assay performance tracking (e.g. trending, control data, variability) and develop a simple, scalable digital solution to improve visibility, standardisation, and transferability across functional assay teams.
The work will be grounded in real datasets and laboratory workflows, with a focus on practical implementation and exploration of AI-driven approaches where appropriate.
What You’ll Gain
Here’s What You’ll Do
Working with scientists and cross-functional stakeholders, you will:
You will interact with stakeholders across Moderna’s clinical testing functions (Assay Leads, Study Leads, Operations, Automation, Compliance) to ensure solutions are aligned to practical use.
Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
Pay & Benefits
At Moderna, we believe that when you feel your best, you can do your best work. That’s why our global benefits and well-being resources are designed to support you—at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
The benefits offered may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Moderna and the country where you work.
