Corporate Wellbeing Advisor
Location: Epsom
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

The person
To succeed as a Mobile Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor, you will need:
  • A Premier/ Lifetime Diploma or the equivalent of this.
  • CIMSPA membership required
  • A strong fitness background.
  • Experience of working in a corporate or commercial fitness environment.
  • Competent computer understanding with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Driven and passionate about all aspects of fitness and wellbeing, you will take an enthusiastic and flexible approach.
  • You will be a self-starter, able to work on your own initiative, and have a good eye for detail

The opportunity
As a Corporate Mobile Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor, you will:
  • Have a passion for helping people to improve their health.
  • You will also be a real asset to the happy, health team.
  • Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, completing opening and closing procedures, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes
  • Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, from Spin to group circuit classes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in everything from inductions to processing payments
  • Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities
  • You will take the time to understand each individual client’s needs and how to help them achieve their goals, whether they’re recovering from an operation or training for a marathon.
  • Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice, helping our members to achieve manageable personal goals
  • Deputize for the Programme Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience
  • Covering several Corporate Gyms around London and the South East (expenses paid)
