As a Patient Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and private clinicians, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from prescription receipt to delivery. You will handle enquiries, coordinate with the pharmacy team, and resolve any issues with a focus on high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming communications from clinicians and patients via phone and email.
- Processing prescriptions accurately and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery coordination.
- Providing clear information regarding medication availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborating closely with the internal pharmacy and logistics teams to maintain service standards.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring data protection compliance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or patient liaison role, ideally within healthcare or pharmacy.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in using digital platforms and CRM systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer excellence.
