About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Logistics Team at Pharmacierge. This role is central to ensuring that private prescriptions are processed, packaged, and dispatched accurately and efficiently to patients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the daily logistics and dispatch operations within the pharmacy.
• Ensuring all medication packages are prepared according to strict safety and quality standards.
• Coordinating with courier partners to manage timely collections and deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate records of outgoing shipments and inventory levels.
• Supporting the wider pharmacy team with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a pharmacy environment is a plus but not essential.
