Associate Director, Commercial Launch & Project Management
We are looking for an Associate Director of Commercial Launch & Project Management to lead product launches across our international markets, with a strong focus on the European Union. In this role, you’ll partner with global and regional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver launches that bring innovative therapies to patients. You’ll play a key part in connecting teams, managing timelines, and ensuring launches stay on track from early planning through execution.

This Role May Be For You If You:
To be considered, you should bring at least 10 years of experience in commercial launch planning, ideally within pharma or biotech, along with a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred). You’ll need strong experience with project management tools (including MS Project) and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience managing international launches across matrix teams is essential, while a PMP certification and exposure to AI tools are a plus.

A Typical Day:
- Leading early planning for international product launches 12–18 months ahead
- Defining launch scope, resources, and budgets with brand teams
- Coordinating stakeholders across regions and functions
- Building and managing launch timelines, tracking progress and dependencies
- Running kick-off meetings and ongoing launch discussions
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and keeping delivery on track
- Driving problem-solving and escalating key issues when needed
- Sharing clear updates on status, risks, and timelines with leadership
