About the Role
Richmond Pharmacology is looking for a Clinical Trials Associate (Japanese Speaking) to join our Clinical Operations team in London. This role is essential for supporting our clinical trials involving Japanese-speaking participants, ensuring high standards of data integrity and volunteer safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact and translator for Japanese-speaking volunteers during clinical trials.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Trial Master File (TMF) and other study-specific documentation.
  • Support the clinical team with volunteer recruitment, screening, and informed consent processes.
  • Ensure all trial activities are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines and UK regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate study schedules and logistics to ensure efficient trial execution.
  • Translate clinical documents, including consent forms and participant information sheets, from English to Japanese and vice versa.

Requirements
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in clinical research or a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
