About the Role
Tympa Health is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (Enterprise) to join our growing Sales team. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing large-scale enterprise deals within the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on expanding our innovative hearing health platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise healthcare market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably within healthtech or medical devices.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value contracts.
