Alzheimer’s Society is a UK dementia charity providing information, advice and practical support for people affected by dementia. Its staff and supporters work with people living with dementia, families and carers.
The charity also funds research and campaigns for dementia to be a public priority. Community and hospital-based services connect people with guidance, emotional support and relevant local help, alongside a wider commitment to inclusion and improving lives.
