Amicus Health was formed in 2017 when Clare House Surgery in Tiverton and Bampton Surgery merged to share resources and knowledge. The practice now operates five sites across Mid Devon: Clare House, Bampton, Witheridge, Morchard Bishop, and Cheriton Fitzpaine, serving over 18,000 patients. Rated Outstanding by the CQC, Amicus Health is owned and run by partners based locally. The practice provides NHS medical services including specialist on-site surgical and dermatological clinics, diabetes care, contraception clinics, joint injections, social prescribing, and wellbeing coaching. Every registered patient has a named GP. Amicus Health is Armed Forces veteran friendly accredited and a member of Tiverton Primary Care Network.
