Banbury Cross Health Centre is a large NHS general practice serving more than 42,000 registered patients across Banbury and the surrounding areas. The practice operates from two sites, offering GP consultations, nursing services, chronic disease management, mental health support, and community clinical services. A team of 26 GPs works alongside nurses, pharmacists, and healthcare assistants to deliver accessible care. Formed in 2019 through the merger of three local surgeries, the practice is part of Principal Medical Limited, a GP led organisation. It focuses on efficient appointment access, digital patient services through the NHS App, and locally responsive healthcare that meets the needs of a diverse Oxfordshire population.
