Blackpool South Primary Care Network is a collaboration of four GP practices formed in May 2019. It brings practices together around their registered communities to support more proactive, accessible and coordinated primary and community care.
Services are delivered through the member practices and shared PCN provision. The network describes access to health visitors, midwives, community matrons and district nursing, social prescribing, physiotherapy, mental health support and podiatry.
