Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides comprehensive hospital services, community health care and specialist regional care to 1.6 million people across Lancashire and South Cumbria. The Trust operates Blackpool Victoria Hospital and Clifton Hospital, delivering emergency care, surgical services, maternity and children's services, and specialist regional services in cardiac care and haematology.
Established in 2007 and awarded Teaching Hospital status in 2010, the organisation serves not only the 352,000 residents of the Fylde coast but also an estimated 18 million annual visitors.
