Meddygfa Caerffynnon Surgery is a small GP practice in rural mid Wales, serving approximately 4,600 patients across an eight to ten mile radius around Dolgellau. The practice operates under the NHS General Medical Services Contract with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, combining a traditional approach with modern clinical capabilities.
The team includes three GP partners, three Advanced Clinical Practitioners, two Practice Nurses, three Healthcare Assistants, and specialist support from an Advanced Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, and Family Wellbeing worker. Located in a traditional Welsh heartland, the practice serves patients in both Welsh and English, ensuring healthcare remains accessible and inclusive for the local community.
