City Health Care Partnership CIC provides NHS community health and care services across Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire, Knowsley and St Helens. Over 2,000 colleagues deliver more than 50 services, from community nursing and therapies to urgent care, GP surgeries, dental, sexual health, and psychological wellbeing. As a co-owned, for better profit community interest company, CHCP invests surplus into services, colleagues, and communities.
Formed in 2010 within the NHS family, CHCP handles 1.7 million patient contacts annually. Around 96% of service users would recommend the organisation. Its charity arm supports local groups working to improve health and wellbeing, achieving a social return of £55 for every £1 spent.
