Claire House Children's Hospice supports seriously and terminally ill children aged 0 to 23 by providing specialist nursing care, end of life support and emotional counselling for the whole family. With sites in Wirral and Liverpool, the hospice offers around the clock care, day therapy, home visits and emergency respite. The hospice creates space for children to enjoy normal experiences through play therapy, hydrotherapy and sensory activities whilst giving parents respite and sibling support. From diagnosis through bereavement, Claire House offers practical care and precious opportunities for families to make meaningful memories together.
