"A social justice charity empowering people to break cycles of addiction and crime"
The Forward Trust supports people recovering from addiction or leaving behind crime, helping them rebuild their lives with stable employment, secure housing and meaningful connections. Operating in more than 80 prisons and community settings across England and Wales, the charity delivers substance use treatment, mental health support, criminal justice services and employment programmes. Since 1991, the organisation has helped thousands of individuals achieve lasting recovery and transformation. The Forward Trust believes anyone can overcome their past with the right support, working to change public attitudes and policy so more people feel able to ask for help in a society that values second chances and long-term recovery.
