Great North Medical Group is an NHS GP practice operating from two sites in north Doncaster, serving approximately 17,000 patients in Carcroft and Woodlands. The practice employs 10 GPs, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 7 nurses and 4 Healthcare Assistants who deliver primary care services including Total Triage appointments, care navigation, chronic disease management, health checks and preventive care.
