Hibaldstow Medical Practice is a small rural dispensing GP practice serving 3,500 patients across 120 square miles of North Lincolnshire. The team includes two GPs, two practice nurses, a nurse associate, a healthcare assistant, nine dispensers, four receptionists, two administrators, and a practice manager. The practice dispenses medication directly and runs a weekly delivery service to outlying villages. The practice provides comprehensive NHS primary care including appointments, chronic disease management, health checks, vaccinations, and treatment room procedures. Patients access services through the NHS App, online consultations, and extended hours delivered through the Primary Care Network.
