Home Group is a housing association, social enterprise and charity providing quality homes and integrated housing, health and social care across England and Scotland. It provides affordable-rent and shared-ownership homes, supported housing, mental-health, complex-care and community services for people facing homelessness or living with disabilities and mental-health needs. Since 1935, it has combined housing with person-centred care and support to help customers live independently, build wellbeing and pursue their aspirations, addressing homelessness, insecure housing and complex health and social-care needs. More than 125,000 customers live in its homes and services, including around 14,000 people with mental and physical health issues.
