IMP Healthcare is a Primary Care Network bringing together nine GP practices across Lincoln and surrounding villages to deliver enhanced healthcare at scale. The network supports 74,000 patients through specialist teams including mental health practitioners, care home specialists, physiotherapists and pharmacists. Services include extended access appointments and care for housebound patients. Established in 2015, the organisation reduces waiting times and improves access. Teams operate across practice sites and in homes, providing blood tests, medication reviews, mental health support and physiotherapy. This model lightens workload for individual practices while ensuring patients receive coordinated, high quality care close to home.
