"The leading social enterprise delivering integrated urgent and primary care across England"
IC24 provides responsive urgent care and primary care services to over six million patients across Kent, Sussex, Essex, and Norfolk. The organisation operates NHS 111 services, clinical assessment teams, urgent care centres, GP practices, and home visiting services. IC24 connects patients with the right care at the right time, reducing unnecessary emergency department visits. As a not for profit social enterprise founded in the early 1990s, IC24 reinvests all surplus directly into patient services and staff development. The organisation employs around 1,200 healthcare professionals who deliver 24/7 urgent care, face to face appointments, telephone consultations, and community outreach programmes.
