Meir Primary Care Network is a membership of six GP practices covering the Meir, Longton and Blythe Bridge areas of Stoke-on-Trent: Dr Raju & Partners, Adderley Green Surgery, Meir Medical Practice, Meir Park & Weston Coyney Medical Practice, Trinity Medical Practice and Willow Bank Surgery. It is based at Meir Primary Care Centre on Weston Road and has a network population of approximately 37,500 patients. PCN staff work in conjunction with the local general practices, local services and other organisations to support both local and national priorities. The network runs clinics from a PCN hub alongside the work of its member practices, including dedicated services such as women's health, and provides extended access appointments in the evenings and at weekends for patients registered with any of its practices. It says it takes immense pride in how the PCN is developing and in the support and care it provides to practice colleagues and patients.
