About NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board
NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board is the statutory organisation responsible for planning and allocating NHS resources across Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, and Southampton. It brings together hospitals, community services, GPs, mental health providers, local authorities, and voluntary partners to coordinate care and reduce barriers for nearly two million people.
The organisation operates through four place based partnerships, each tailored to local needs, and works with providers to transform services in line with the NHS Long Term Plan. By connecting partners across the system, it works to improve population health, tackle inequalities, and ensure people receive the right care at the right time.
