NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the statutory organisation bringing the local NHS together across Lincolnshire. It joins up health and care services, oversees NHS spending and quality, and coordinates community-based support through GPs, community, mental-health, social-care and voluntary services for people with complex needs, frailty or multiple conditions. By helping people receive care at home or nearby, it seeks to prevent avoidable hospital stays and improve health outcomes, access and experience. Part of the Better Lives Lincolnshire partnership, it works with NHS organisations, councils, community groups, hospices and universities toward the best possible start in life and living, ageing and dying well.
