NHS West and North London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the official NHS organisation planning and funding health and care services across west and north London. It sets budgets, monitors performance and supports GPs, hospitals, mental health teams, community services and pharmacies, serving more than 4.5 million people across 13 London boroughs. Its work addresses unequal health outcomes by using local data to target earlier support, improve care for people with long-term conditions and reduce pressure on services. Through partnerships with councils, charities and community groups, it brings joined-up, preventative care closer to home through neighbourhood teams, both online and in person.
