Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust delivers specialist mental health and learning disability services for over 1.6 million people. Through inpatient wards, community teams, and primary care settings, it provides adult and children's mental health care, forensic services, older people's support, learning disability care, liaison psychiatry, and substance misuse treatment. More than 5,000 staff work across 50 locations organised into five geographic care groups. The Trust operates a 24-hour mental health helpline, crisis support, and recovery programmes. Formed in 2012, it pursues continuous improvement under its Safer, Kinder, Better vision, partnering with service users, carers, and families to strengthen mental health provision.
