Oakwood Lane Medical Practice is an NHS general practice serving over 13,500 patients in North and East Leeds. Operating from a purpose built medical centre, the practice delivers primary care through 13 GPs, nurses, healthcare assistants, and support staff. As a medical education training practice, it develops the next generation of healthcare professionals alongside daily patient services. The practice provides digital first access through PATCHS, Accurx, NHS App, and SystmOnline, enabling patients to submit queries, request appointments, order repeat prescriptions, and access self care information. Extended access appointments run on Saturday and Sunday mornings, working with NHS services and community health providers across Leeds.
