"AI platform that finds untreated and misdiagnosed patients hidden in healthcare records"
Pangaea Data provides PALLUX, an AI platform that identifies untreated and under treated patients by analysing unstructured electronic health records. The system processes patient data using clinical guidelines and reasoning to uncover diagnostic gaps that standard coding methods miss. Healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies use PALLUX to find patients with conditions ranging from common diseases like COPD and chronic kidney disease to rare disorders, improving diagnosis rates and ensuring patients receive appropriate care. PALLUX integrates with existing EHR systems without disrupting clinical workflows, deploying within 8 to 12 weeks. The platform has demonstrated superior accuracy compared to traditional diagnostic code approaches, identifying 5x more COPD patients and 2x more chronic kidney disease patients in real world deployments. The technology addresses a critical healthcare challenge: millions of patients remain undiagnosed or misdiagnosed despite clear evidence in their medical records.
