Primary Healthcare Darlington is a GP federation formed by 11 practices working together to deliver consistent NHS, public health and private medical services. The organisation serves over 112,000 registered patients across Darlington, County Durham, ensuring equitable access to care and supporting the Primary Care Network with coordinated clinical pathways. The federation addresses gaps in healthcare by offering extended GP access during evenings and weekends, sexual health clinics, care home support, health coaching, social prescribing and pharmacy services. Patients benefit from specialist resources and coordinated care that individual practices would struggle to provide alone, enabling sustainable high quality healthcare for the population.
