Prospect Hospice provides dedicated end of life care and support for people affected by life limiting illnesses across Swindon, Marlborough, and north east Wiltshire. The charity serves more than 330,000 people through clinical care delivered by nurses, doctors, and therapists, both at the hospice in Wroughton and in patients' homes. Services include inpatient care, community care, family support, bereavement services, and a 24 hour advice line. Rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, the hospice operates as an independent charity with less than 25% of funding from the NHS. The remainder comes from community donations, fundraising, and charity shops, reflecting the strong partnership between the hospice and the community.
